Policies

Please refer to shipping information on respective listings. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority unless an upgrade is requested. Buyer will pay the price difference.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Your item(s) will be shipped via USPS First Class unless an alternate request has been made. Your purchase will arrive between one and three weeks after you receive your shipping notification. Please note that this method does not include tracking. If you would like expedited shipping with tracking, such as Priority mail, kindly message me in advance of your purchase so the shipping rate can be adjusted accordingly.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: All customs duty fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges
xNasozi will be happy to exchange or replace a damaged item within 30 days of original shipment. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but unfortunately we cannot honor requests that are based on color discrepancy or change of heart (please see additional information below). Custom orders may not be returned or exchanged. Store credit will be issued in these cases. Return of Made-to-Order purchases are also subject to review. If there is an issue, please message an image(s) along with a detailed description to initiate the process.

Shipping costs will only be refunded if item is damaged while in transit.
